BDK Informatik joins Aspire Software’s robust transportation and logistics portfolio
Aspire’s Transportation and Logistics portfolio has expanded with Valsoft’s acquisition of BDK Informatik, a Swiss-based provider of transportation, logistics, and communications services.
Now encompassing seven companies, Aspire’s T&L portfolio is even more robust, totaling seven companies within the vertical.
Established in 1981, BDK specializes in digitizing various processes for transport and logistics companies, ranging from order creation and transport planning to order execution and billing.

Aspire grows presence in the printing vertical with addition of Nexera
Nexera, a company that has been an industry leader for over 25 years in providing customers with the most accurate, comparative copier/printer device data and benchmarks, has joined Aspire’s printing portfolio through Valsoft Corp’s latest acquisition. It specializes in collecting and standardizing critical business data to reveal industry-wide benchmarks for service and financial performance. This integration makes Nexera the third company in the Printing Vertical to join Aspire Software, the operating group at Valsoft, along with MPS Monitor and Euroform.
Nexera offers a wide range of services such as Virtual CFO, strategic planning, business-minded solutions, IT consulting and management with cloud-based and on-premises designs, to virtual printer management and service management.

In 2011, following an MBA at ESADE, he joined the change management firm Alter&Go, where he assisted in complex transformations in the industrial sector. In 2013, he joined the Alpha Group, an HR firm, as a mission director.
Before joining Octave, he successfully managed Viareport from 2020, a French SaaSfinancial consolidation software solution editor, growing the business in the French market and then expanding throughout Europe.
