Description

Seeking a dynamic, experienced salesperson responsible for achieving sales revenue goals by developing new leads, opportunities, into new sales and accounts. You will be selling WeSuite sales management software products and professional services; meeting Client needs; to generate new software sales and recurring revenue. A professional team player, responsible for sales prospecting, development of client relationships, and Account Management by proactively applying your sales experience. You will be working with WeSuite team members and promoting WeSuite core values.

WeSuite is a growing team passionate about our customers and developing best of breed sales software for the Security Industry but is ready to branch out to similar industries to help sales teams sell project based sales of part, labor, and recurring services.

Responsible for:

  • New lead development & generation
  • New account sales
  • Continued account development and management
  • New market development
  • Use of WeSuite products for sales responsibilities
  • Assisting existing Client base as needed
  • Monitoring and reporting on competitive markets
  • Executing against specific KPIs
  • Developing deep knowledge of WeSuite products & services
  • Traveling to and working conferences/shows
  • Review of professional publications/information, establishing personal networks, developing new strategic alliances
  • Continuing personal growth and education
  • Contributing to WeSuite Sales/Marketing efforts by achieving specific targets & goals

Essential Job Functions:

  • Proficiency in WeSuite sales software to conduct prospect tailored demos
  • Focus sales efforts by generating and qualifying leads
  • Obtains new sales orders
  • Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on prospects and potential new sales outlet.
  • Service accounts via scheduled touchpoints
  • Set Prospecting activity goals, show measured results and effectiveness using WeSuite CRM
  • Sell using WeSuite software, approved product literature and pricing
  • Understand and track Key Performance Indicators
  • Keep management informed via activity and results reports, i.e. daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly, quarterly pipeline and sales success reviews.
  • Gather and maintain current market knowledge, i.e. prospects, competitor information, products, etc.
  • Recommend product enhancements in accordance with client needs, competitive advantage, etc.
  • Assist with client issues by investigating/reporting issues; developing solutions; working with team and clients
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational webinars, industry trade shows, publications, networks, etc.
  • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by accomplishing related results and setting new goals

Requirements

  • 3+ years successful software sales & account management experience a must
  • Small-medium-large/enterprise business direct sales experience
  • Use of CRM/sales software
  • Goal, detail, & deadline driven
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent achiever
  • Travel required
