Description
Aspire Software is looking for a System Administrator to join our team in Lebanon.
Here is a little window into our company: Aspire Software operates and manages wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.
What your day will look like:
- Administer Windows-based servers, including scheduling and applying security patches.
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (user accounts, groups, policies) and domain administration.
- Oversee virtualization environments, especially using Hyper-V, to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high levels of availability.
- Implement security controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard systems and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations.
- Maintain documentation of infrastructure changes, configurations, and processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Windows-based server environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy).
- Solid understanding of network protocols and domain administration.
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies, specifically Hyper-V.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with patch management and security best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
