Requirements
The Role
Join our dynamic marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping how the world perceives our brand. We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong grasp of digital campaigns and content development. This role requires someone who approaches marketing holistically and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the team to create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, newsletters, marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.
- HubSpot Management: Maintain and optimise HubSpot Marketing Hub, including creating and updating web pages and workflows to effectively generate leads.
- Website Maintenance and Development: Collaborate with wider teams to maintain the company website, ensure accurate of information, relevant content and adherence to SEO best practices in all activities.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse lead generation metrics, website traffic, and campaign performance to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Email Campaigns: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including setting up and monitoring automation journeys to nurture leads effectively.
- Social Media: Support the planning and execution of engaging social media content to boost brand awareness and engagement. Monitor and report on key metrics to continually increase social presence.
- Event Coordination: Plan, and coordinate events that showcase our brand and generate leads.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Support the execution and optimization of campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
Who we are looking for…
- Experience: 2+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably B2B.
- Education: Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot (including Marketing and Content Hub), Google Ads, Google Analytics and LinkedIn Ads.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed marketing goals and KPIs.
- Language & Communication: Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaboration & Drive: A self-motivated team player who thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about delivering outstanding results.
